qbaje Terms & Conditions – Your Right to Know as a Member

Qbaje (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operating under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between qbaje and its members.

Qbaje reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and will take effect from the date the updated terms are published. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Security: Keeping your login credentials secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on qbaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you press "Place Bet" on the betslip, the bet is considered final.
• Qbaje reserves the right to impose maximum limits on any bet. Limits may be adjusted upward or downward for specific events.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in odds calculation, qbaje reserves the right to void the bet or resettle it at the correct odds.
• Qbaje is not liable for any losses caused by internet delays during live betting.
• The cash-out feature may not always be available — particularly in the final moments of a match or during periods of high traffic.

Result Settlement: All bet outcomes are settled in accordance with internationally recognised standards. If a match is postponed or cancelled for any reason, stakes will be refunded in line with qbaje's policy.

All financial transactions on qbaje are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The key payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (bKash & Nagad). Minimum ৳500 for bank transfers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Minimum ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are typically 15 minutes to 24 hours are processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qbaje. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses, or opening accounts under family members' names.
• Fraud: Operating an account using software bots, automation tools, or any form of manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using qbaje for the purpose of illegal money processing.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with prior knowledge of information that could influence the outcome of a match or event.
• Using Another Member's Account: Accessing or operating another person's account.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the system.

Qbaje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account if:

• Evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above is found.
• Information provided during KYC verification is found to be false.
• A legal directive or order from a regulatory authority is received.
• The member has requested self-exclusion.

Member Rights: You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, your balance will be refunded (excluding any bonus balance where wagering requirements have not been met).

Qbaje makes every effort to provide a reliable service; however, qbaje does not accept liability for the following:

• Bets missed or delayed in confirmation due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party services (bKash, Nagad, or banks).
• Losses resulting from issues with the member's own device or browser.
• Any account activity resulting from a member sharing their own login credentials.
• Outcomes of betting decisions — all betting decisions are entirely the member's own.

Qbaje targets 99.9% uptime at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, qbaje will endeavor to provide a fair resolution for any bets that were in progress.

  Formal Complaint: If your issue isn't resolved via Live Chat, submit a formal complaint by email — include your transaction ID, time, and full details. You'll receive a response within 48 hours.

  Neutral Arbitration: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through an international gaming arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
